At Personalized Santa Greetings, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the personalized video greeting you receive, we are here to help with a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

As we provide customized digital video greetings, we do not offer returns. We do, however, offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If there is a technical issue with the video that we cannot rectify.
  • If the personalized content does not match the details provided during the order due to our error.
Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please fill out the contact form below with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our customer service elves will review your request and get in touch with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, an elf will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
