PSG offers personalized video greetings from Santa. Each video is customized with the child’s name as provided by the customer during the purchase process.

3. Use of Our Service

You may purchase our personalized video greetings for personal, non-commercial use only. The videos, including the portrayal of Santa and the set used for recording, are the intellectual property of NPP. Any alteration, reproduction, or repurposing of the videos without express permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchase and Payment

Payments for video greetings can be made through WooCommerce on our website or via PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. All payment details are processed and protected by third-party payment processors. NPP does not store payment information.

5. Customer Data

We collect necessary customer data during the purchase process, including name, email, phone number, address, and child(ren)’s name(s). This data is used solely for transaction completion, video customization, and future marketing communications, unless a request for removal from marketing is made by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

The customized video content is owned by the purchasing customer. However, the visual and audio elements, including the likeness of Santa and the set, remain the property of NPP.

7. Delivery of Service

Upon completion of the personalized video, NPP will send an email with a link to download or view the video. This link is unlisted and not searchable on any public platform. Once this email is sent, the service is considered rendered, and NPP holds no further responsibility.

8. Liability

NPP is not liable for any misuse of the video greeting by the customer. NPP is also not responsible for any issues arising from the unavailability of the video once the download link has been provided.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the use of PSG’s services will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

NPP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.
